350 Bush Street was built in 1923 as the San Francisco Mining Exchange. Patrick J. Ruane, Inc. reconstructed the Banker’s Hall ceiling after the adjacent tower was built. We removed historic plaster cast pieces and recast them in our shop. We framed a new suspension system using heavy gauge metal framing. The new plaster pieces were reinstalled and painted to match the historic color. Patrick J. Ruane, Inc. received the Wall and Ceiling Alliance Construction Excellence Award for Historical Restoration Interior and the Project of The Year Interior Over 500k
